To ensure ALL our clients benefit from our Partner Program, we have designed two modular services that encompass the full spectrum of business needs from employing one individual to a business with multiple or ongoing requirements.

Privilege Partner Program

Our Privilege Partner Program offers a business the ability to ‘pre-buy’ our Premium or Executive Recruitment Services at substantially discounted rates. People first will invoice 50% of the estimated fee on commencement of our search (refundable if we fail to meet certain criteria, please refer to our Terms and Conditions). On the commencement of your new employee the balance will fall due.

Elite Partner Program

For businesses with multiple or ongoing recruitment needs we offer a tailored and bespoke service, whereby an organisation can spread their annual recruitment budget over a 12-month period. This model offers predefined costs, ease of cash flow and unparalleled cost savings.
