Search and Selection
Search and selection campaigns are normally employer led. The employer will commission the services of a recruitment business to provide an agreed strategic campaign to locate a very specific skilled or experienced individual. This would include research, headhunting (approaching people employed in similar positions for competitors), advertising and database search.
A search and selection campaign normally requires the employer to pay in stages, the first payment being a non-refundable campaign fee, the second payable on the presentation of a shortlist of suitable candidates and the third on commencement of the candidate.
