Dedicated Account Manager
In order to meet your recruitment demands, we provide each client with a highly trained and experienced consultant who looks after your account on a daily basis and ensures that you receive the service and continuity your business requires.This enables us to really get to know and understand your individual business, the culture of the organisation and importantly it gives you a single point of contact.

One of the systems we use to ensure quality of service is as follows:

Candidate Evaluation
Once a new temporary worker commences an assignment, a four-hour progress check is made by telephone to the line manager or trainer.
After one month or the end of an assignment (which ever is the sooner) a Quality Assurance Form is issued directly to the line manager requesting information about the temporary worker's performance.

Feedback is given to the temporary worker and noted for future reference. Information is also collated for management review.

Service Evaluation
On a quarterly basis a Service Evaluation Form is issued to the main contact. This is an evaluation of the service, response and quality received and is used to constantly tailor and improve your service.
Information is also collated for management review.
