Permanent Recruitment

Permanent Recruitment introductions are where a recruitment business represents an employer or job seeker and speculates their job vacancy or skills to potential employers or candidates. There are no restrictions on the number of agencies or recruitment businesses a candidate may register with. When the recruitment business establishes a relationship with an employer, they present their terms and conditions of business and agree costs before arranging interviews. The employer is informed that if they employ a candidate who was introduced by the agent or recruitment business, a fee will be levied on the day the candidate commences with their organisation. The fees may range from company to company depending on the industry sectors and salary bandings. The fee levied is a one off introduction fee and should come with a refund or replacement period.
