You will have been working as a PR & Marketing Executive for a minimum of 12 months and possess a good understanding and full appreciation of the way this sector and how teams function in this specialist area. This experience, ideally, will come from working with a PR Agency. You will have the ability to understand your client’s areas of business and how to apply yourself to all potential story angles. Your writing and communication skills will be of a supreme standard. Any knowledge of the Education or IT Sectors would be an advantage, as many of my clients customers are predominantly based in these areas. You will be a good team all rounder, be confident presenting to clients and be innovative with new ideas and suggestions. Press release writing skills are a must for this position.

Role
This role involves a hands on and flexible approach to supporting a range of interesting marketing projects. Your main aim with clients is to gain them positive publicity to their appropriate audience through Public Relations and Marketing Activity. This will involve building relationships with both the client base and the media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the senior account managers with their planning, design and implementation of a PR campaign. This role will eventually develop into a more senior role of full account management, which will involve meetings, proposals, presentations, and on going support. You will always be looking for new angles to gain positive publicity for the clients.
