Contract Recruitment

Contract employment is very similar to Temporary introductions, however, invariably a contractor will be required for a set and agreed period, of which, both parties commit to the duration of employment. If the employee or employer ceases the contract, a period of notice may be required. Additionally, an employee may choose to request payment as a "Limited company" instead of PAYE (subject to legal obligations).
